Digital Delivery Coordinator

Overview

In this role you support project teams by enabling efficient, compliant digital information flows and using BIM-enabled tools. You’ll help implement the project Information Management Plan, educate stakeholders on the Project Information Model, and facilitate data capture and reporting for senior management. You will drive improved collaboration across the supply chain while maintaining a strong focus on Zero Harm. This is an opportunity to shape information management practices on high-impact power transmission and distribution projects.

Responsibilities

• Support business processes with digital tools for HSES access control, competency management, permits, and controls
• Oversee Quality progressive assurance and short-term planning tasks
• Manage information for project data and files; support reality capture and progress reporting
• Identify and review new ways of working to boost efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality and sustainability
• Assist Information Managers to implement the Project Information Management Plan and related requirements
• Educate project teams, clients and suppliers in the Project Information Model (graphical and non-graphical)
• Support data capture to support reporting for project teams and senior management
• Facilitate 3D site coordination meetings with internal and external partners
• Demonstrate Balfour Beatty core behaviours and a collaborative, Zero Harm mindset

Key requirements

• 3–5 years construction industry experience
• Good understanding of core construction processes (RAMS, Permits, ITPs, QC checks, Short Term Planning, Temporary Works)
• Understanding of the UK BIM Framework, Protocols, and IM best practices
• Strong technical ability with digital platforms (Autodesk, BIM 360, Navisworks, Microsoft O365, Excel, Power BI to interact with reports, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Working knowledge of project CDE environments
