Overview
In this role you will guide adoption of digital products within BCG by shaping change strategies and communications. You will work with agile product teams and a CoE of change experts to drive desired behaviors and uptake. You’ll develop stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and training enablement plans that align with roadmaps. The role combines change management with internal marketing to support enterprise-wide adoption and behavioral insights. This is an opportunity to influence how colleagues work with digital tools at scale and contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional practice.
Responsibilities
- Execute change strategies for digital products to embed adoption-driving behaviors
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and craft engagement plans to mitigate risks
- Perform change impact assessments and create actionable mitigation activities
- Develop and deliver strategic user-focused communications plans and content
- Design training and enablement approaches and materials
- Track change management KPIs and behavioral metrics
- Collaborate with agile squads to align changes with roadmaps
- Coordinate across workstreams with cross-functional teams, designers, and vendors
- Integrate behavioural science insights into change strategies
Key requirements
- 4–6 years in a dedicated change management role (consulting or project management background a plus)
- Change management certification a plus
- Experience in an agile operating model preferred
- Exposure to behavioural science or related disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- University degree with strong academic achievement preferred
