We are currently looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join one of the UK’s largest insurance brokers as an Insurance Advisor.

Whether you already have insurance experience or come from a strong customer service or sales background, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that offers structured training, professional qualifications and genuine career progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact for new and existing customers
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understanding customers’ needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
• Managing renewals, enquiries and policy amendments
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Continuously developing your product knowledge through training and professional development

Experience required:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence speaking with customers and finding solutions
• Previous experience within customer service, sales or insurance
• Motivation to build a long-term career within the insurance industry
