Veterinary Surgeon Needed – Surgical Bias – Nottingham (to £70K)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a small animal veterinary practice in the Nottingham Area, East Midlands

• excellent full time permanent opportunity 40 hours per week including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am – 12pm, no Sundays and no OOH.
• practice is bright, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment; Digital x-ray, ultrasound, EGC, ultrasonic dental, biochem, microscope, full surgical facilities etc.
• This role would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical bias
• some emergency and critical care experience is also desirable.
• join a strong, collaborative clinical team of 4 Vet Surgeons.
• personal development encouraged and if you are interested in studying towards a certificate this would be supported.
• Well located conveniently close to main A roads, just 10 minutes from the M1 for easy commuting and only 5 minutes from Nottingham city centre.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• experienced Veterinary Surgeon
• a strong surgical bias
• emergency and critical care experience is also desirable.
