We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to support a client on the development of Solar PV opportunities across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition, providing strategic legal advice on large-scale renewable energy developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on property and land matters relating to Solar PV and renewable energy projects.
• Leading land due diligence exercises, title investigations, and risk assessments.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, option agreements, easements, wayleaves, and other land rights.
• Supporting project development teams in securing land for renewable energy schemes.
• Engaging with landowners, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating real estate risks and constraints throughout the development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Real Estate Lawyer with strong UK property law expertise.
• Proven experience advising on renewable energy projects, ideally Solar PV.
• Excellent understanding of land rights, development agreements, and site acquisition processes.
• Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
