As a Senior/Principal Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you will handle a varied mix of advisory and litigation work across complex property disputes, joining a nationally recognised, collaborative team. You’ll manage your own caseload, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development while working with high-profile clients across sectors. This role combines hands-on dispute resolution with opportunities to develop specialist expertise within a growing practice. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload across property disputes
- supervise junior lawyers and support partners on larger matters
- contribute to business development, marketing and seminars
- advise on preventing and resolving disputes and taking matters to settlement or trial
- handle matters across High Court, County Court and Tribunals, including ADR where applicable
- develop specialist expertise within the team
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and other fee earners
Key requirements
- 6+ years PQE with broad real estate disputes experience
- experience of tribunal and court work
- strong academics
- excellent drafting, technical analysis and attention to detail
- clear communication and interpersonal skills
- desire to grow the practice and market to clients and agents
- willingness to learn and gain broad experience
