In this Associate Director role within Real Estate Tax, you drive high-quality tax advisory for real estate clients and help shape multi-jurisdictional transactions. You’ll mentor junior colleagues, nurture client relationships, and lead key projects with senior partners. You’ll work on large-scale real estate and infrastructure deals, including fund structuring and cross-border due diligence. Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver tax advisory on high-profile real estate and infrastructure transactions
- Mentor and develop junior team members and support career progression
- Manage client relationships and lead front-line interactions with Partners and Directors
- Oversee and contribute to business development initiatives and proposals
- Provide tax structuring, due diligence, and compliance guidance for property-related transactions
- Set up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and related structures
- Collaborate with Real Estate and broader Tax teams to ensure high-quality outputs
- Manage multi-jurisdictional projects with significant deal scales (60m–1bn+)
Key requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent
- UK corporate tax experience, preferably in Real Estate
- Experience monitoring juniors and coaching/career development
- Desirable: UK Real Estate market experience and business development experience with key accounts
