Strategic Real Estate Finance Portfolio Manager

CRS is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Structured Real Estate Finance to manage and grow a client portfolio across Senior Debt, Mezzanine and Equity. You will assess credit risk, structure facilities and monitor performance in partnerships with the Business Development team.

You will build strong client relationships, prepare credit papers, ensure compliance, and navigate loan progression from construction to sale milestones.
