Senior Facilities Manager – Central London, Multi-Site

Concrete Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of 6-8 central London offices, ensuring delivery of FM services. You will line-manage 2-3 Multi Site FM staff and work closely with end clients and service partners to meet objectives.

The role includes cradle-to-grave project management on-site and managing service charge budgets, with active involvement in sustainability initiatives such as recycling, NET Zero, and WELL.
