Food Service Team Leader – Afternoon Shifts

Asda is seeking a Team Leader for our Food Services outlet in Marston Moretaine (Burger King). You’ll lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, high‑quality service, and actively support daily operations, food safety, and brand standards.

You’ll help manage onboarding of new starters, supervise shifts, and resolve customer and operational issues. The role is hands‑on, requiring flexibility for afternoons, weekends and evenings, with a 30-hour week and a competitive hourly rate.
