Infrastructure Property & Asset Manager

CIH International Housing Group is looking for a Property Manager to join the Infrastructure team in Warrington. You will manage void and surplus properties for major clients, drive asset onboarding, and identify opportunities to reduce vacancies while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

You will build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and maintain accurate records using TRAMPS. A flexible and agile working approach is supported.
