Overview
As a Building Surveyor in AECOM’s Leeds team, you will contribute to a growing portfolio across healthcare, commercial, education and university buildings. You’ll report to the senior/management group and collaborate with a national Building Surveying community to deliver surveys and reports. The role includes diverse tasks from condition surveys to cost assessments, with opportunities for travel and international exposure. You’ll work in a flexible environment with hybrid options, mentoring, and a clear path for career progression. Responsibilities
- Contract Administration
- NEC Supervisor (desired)
- Condition Surveys including PPM
- Reinstatement Cost Assessment
- Specification preparation
- AutoCAD Drawing and Design work including measured surveys
- Schedules of Condition
- Use of Microsoft software platforms such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Use of iPad technology
Key requirements
- BSc Hons Building Surveying
- A Chartered Member of the RICS (desired)
- NEC Supervisor accreditation (desirable but not essential)
