Property Associate / Senior Associate – Cardiff (Hybrid)

Overview

In this role, you will support a Cardiff-based property team handling development and transactional work across public and private sectors. You’ll advise developers, landowners, housing bodies, funders, and authorities on acquisitions, disposals, and secured lending, contributing to mixed-use and public sector projects. The position offers hybrid working and opportunities to shape a busy, high-impact property practice. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive transactional outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals

Key requirements

• Around 4 years PQE in property law
• Strong technical expertise with a track record of managing a busy caseload
