SHEQ Manager (NEBOSH) – Hybrid UK Travel

Max Energy seeks a dedicated SHEQ Manager to oversee safety, health, environment and quality across UK sites. The role is Leicester-based with hybrid working and travel across the UK. You will drive the SHEQ strategy, lead audits and coach teams on safe, high-quality installation practices.

The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH Construction Diploma and has proven SHEQ leadership experience in construction or energy, with strong communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
