Hybrid Personal Injury Claims Specialist (12-Month FTC)

First Central is recruiting a Personal Injury Handler to join our team on a 12‑month fixed term contract, based in Salford Quays or Haywards Heath. You’ll guide customers through their PI claims journey, triaging, negotiating settlements and maintaining compliant records with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll start with in-office training for three months, then transition to a hybrid model with four days at home and one day in the office, or more in-office if preferred.
