Desktop Support Engineer: AD/O365 & Bloomberg Pro

Koud is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join a client in the financial sector. You will provide on-site IT support for end users, administer Active Directory, manage Office 365, and perform basic Microsoft Intune tasks to keep devices running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and fluency in English; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus. Experience with Bloomberg is mandatory and familiarity with asset management tools is beneficial.
