Lead Care Home Manager – Elderly Care Excellence

Orchid Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Home Manager for a small elderly care home near Milton Keynes. The temporary 3-month contract offers £42,000 per annum pro rata and 40 hours a week, with a view to permanent employment.

You will lead the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and ensure compliance with CQC standards. The ideal candidate will have prior Home Manager experience, hold an RMA/NVQ5 or equivalent, a valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN), and strong budgeting and recruitment
