No previous production experience is required – full training is provided!
The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll be working as part of a team within a clean, modern production environment. Your duties will include:
- Working on a state-of-the-art production line
- Packing and securing products into the correct boxes ready for dispatch
- Handling goods safely and ensuring they are packed correctly
- Working in an ambient working environment
- Following processes and meeting timed production deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
Shift Patterns
We have opportunities across rotating shift patterns, including both static shifts and 4-on 4-off rotations.
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
You may be required to rotate between morning and afternoon shifts depending on the position.
4-on 4-off shifts are also available, offering a great work-life balance with four days on followed by four days off.
Pay
£12.92 per hour
£19.37 per hour overtime rate
