Demi Chef de Partie — Elevate a Japanese Fusion Kitchen

MOI is a Neo-Japanese dining concept in London, offering a high-energy kitchen environment under the MAD Restaurants Group. We’re seeking a Chef de Partie to join a vibrant team and contribute to the menu, maintaining exceptional quality and presentation.

You will lead a section, work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs, and have opportunities to grow within an expanding restaurant group. A minimum 1–2 years’ Demi Chef de Partie experience is expected.
