Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the service and parts departments.
• Drive customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
• Manage resources and departmental performance.
• Lead and develop the aftersales team.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Promote genuine manufacturer parts to trade and retail customers.
• Maintain company and manufacturer standards.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ automotive aftersales experience.
• Proven experience managing service and parts operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A track record of achieving targets and managing profitability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
