Senior Site Manager | 50,000 – 55,000 + package | Permanent | Central London

Overview

In this role you will oversee bespoke, high-end residential schemes in prime Central London, coordinating subcontractors and site activities to protect profitability and timely valuations. You’ll work closely with site supervision and contracts management to plan and quote ongoing works, while liaising with finance to manage costs and month spend. This position offers the chance to lead prestigious projects like a £200m mixed-use development across Aldgate, Tower Bridge, and the South Bank, contributing to a renowned London developer’s ambitious portfolio. You’ll focus on delivering quality, on-time performance and strong commercial outcomes in a luxury residential context.

Responsibilities

• Manage all subcontractors and their payments, including re-measures, account meetings, and site orders
• Coordinate daily with site supervisor/contracts manager to quote ongoing works
• Identify and implement ways to maximise profitability; discuss and action with production
• Manage workload to meet strict deadlines and ensure timely valuations
• Collaborate with accounts to control costs and resolve issues

Key requirements

• Track record with residential developers in London
• Degree-qualified or construction qualification/experience
• Excellent all-round construction skills
