Overview
As Product Data Science Manager in Data Labs, you lead a client-facing analytics team delivering end-to-end, custom data insights. You mentor data analysts and stay hands-on, guiding complex analyses that drive client impact. You partner with Engineering and Advisory Services to scale reusable data solutions and infrastructure. You shape standards, foster continuous learning, and ensure high-quality, actionable outcomes for top customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a customer-facing team of data analysts/scientists with a culture of ownership and excellence
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, custom data products from scoping to execution and ongoing delivery
- Maintain high analytical and technical standards (SQL, PySpark, Python, data validation) across the team
- Serve as escalation point for complex analytical challenges and provide hands-on guidance
- Collaborate with Engineering to define scalable infrastructure and productized solutions
- Coordinate with Advisory Services and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact client solutions
- Drive process improvements, knowledge sharing, and documentation to scale impact and efficiency
- Balance client needs, team capacity, and delivery timelines while upholding quality
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing and mentoring data analysts or analytics teams
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PySpark for data analysis — Must
- Strong Python scripting experience — Must
- Excellent English communication and ability to translate analyses into business insights
- Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder expectations — Strong Advantage
- AWS infrastructure experience — Big Advantage
- Background in online marketing, digital services, or tech analytics — Advantage
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from strategy to execution
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with solid decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — Must
