Overview

In this role you will oversee multiple new-build housing projects across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge for a leading, quality-focused housebuilder. You will manage site teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive on-site performance across RC frame and high-rise residential schemes. This position offers regional travel and the chance to contribute to a respected builder with a strong track record in the UK housing market. You will shape site execution and coordinate cross-site delivery to maintain quality and project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple housing/residential schemes across multiple sites
• Lead and develop full site teams to deliver quality builds
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards
• Manage RC frame and high-rise residential projects
• Travel to and supervise sites across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge
• Maintain project milestones, budgets, and safety standards

Key requirements

• Strong track record in managing new build residential schemes
• Experience with RC frame and high-rise projects
• Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent management and leadership skills across site teams
• Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites
