In this High-impact role, you will shape how customers are matched with the right financial services offers across the Very journey. You’ll lead data-driven personalization and experimentation to optimise offers for Very Pay and partner FS products. You drive advanced modelling, testing, and measurement while growing a high-performing analytics team. You help ensure decisions stay compliant with regulatory expectations and align with the company’s mission to help families get more out of life. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Personalise FS offers across the retail journey using Sigma IQ
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to unlock insights
• Design and implement customer-level optimisation models for segmentation or targeting
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to prioritise high-value opportunities
• Act as the data expert to ensure clear product performance measurement
• Build and manage dashboards and MI for senior stakeholders
• Support campaign delivery through customer selections, controls and performance tracking
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to measure ROI and improve cross-sell
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing analytics team

Key requirements

• Strong experience with SQL and Python or similar analytics tools
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and their statistics
• Proven experience building segmentation and targeting models using machine learning
• Confidence with BI tools like Power BI to tell data stories
• Track record of leading and developing analytics teams and introducing best practice
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to non-technical audiences
• Collaborative mindset with experience working with Product and Commercial teams
