Overview
In this role you will lead on-site delivery of high-volume residential projects in London, overseeing site teams and reporting to the Project Manager. You will drive performance, develop procedures and trade specifications, and ensure training and health & safety standards are met. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve on-schedule, quality build outcomes. This opportunity suits an experienced builder who wants to shape multi-unit projects within a respected house-builder. A clear impact comes from delivering 50–200 unit new-build schemes and mentoring areas of the site team.
Responsibilities
- Measure site performance against benchmarks set by higher management
- Develop procedures and trade specifications using industry knowledge
- Review and drive staff training programs
- Monitor health and safety compliance on site
- Manage assistant site managers and full site teams
- Oversee delivery of 50–200 unit new-build residential projects
Key requirements
- Experience in house building
- Strong track record delivering 30+ unit projects
- Excellent customer and business communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
