Support Workers

Excel Recruitment is recruiting for Support Workers in Downpatrick on a temporary ad-hoc basis with rates of pay starting at £13.04 per hour with the potential to lead to permanent employment.

Our client:

• With over 30 years of experience, our client is a leading multi-service provider dedicated to supporting over 300 individuals across various services, including Residential Care, Supported Living, Short Breaks, Day Opportunities, and Social Enterprise.

Your Role:

• Undertake clinical duties as required by the role.
• Assist in the provision of effective, high-standard care.
• Promote independence for patients where appropriate.
• Always ensure the strictest confidentiality of patients.

The Person:

• Right to work in the UK.
• 6 months experience (with a minimum of 3 months UK experience).
• Strong communication skills.
• NISCC registered or willing to become registered.
• Mandatory training in place or willing to complete it.
