Overview

In this role you will help grow Goldman Sachs’ Emerging Markets franchise in Turkey by working closely with sales, trading and structuring teams to deliver market-leading client solutions. You’ll own client relations, execute transactions, and drive onboarding and franchise-building. You’ll price and structure a range of products, provide market color and macro updates, and collaborate across desks to tailor hedging and investment strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, structuring and execution of transactions across FX options, interest rate/currency swaps, and fixed income instruments
• Manage day-to-day institutional client coverage with timely market color, trade ideas, and macro updates for Turkish and EM markets
• Partner with trading, structuring and research desks to develop and pitch risk management and investment solutions
• Drive onboarding of new clients in collaboration with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Conduct competitive analysis and portfolio modeling to identify revenue opportunities for the franchise
• Own client relationships and franchise-building initiatives from day one

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• Native or professional fluency in Turkish and English
• Strong technical understanding of global financial markets with FX options, swaps, and fixed income expertise
• Proven ability to price and model derivative structures; advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced trading floor
