Bar Supervisor — Family-Run Pub, Training & Benefits

Ye Olde Jolly Sailor, part of East Street Pub Company, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead day-to-day bar operations with a hands-on, friendly approach.

You will work alongside the pub manager, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining responsible, reliable independent work and adherence to standards. This is full-time, in-person employment at a family-run pub.
