Senior Care Lead: Inspire Team, Deliver Excellence

Bupa’s Elm Grove Care Home in Cirencester is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to run the day-to-day unit and support clinical duties alongside the Nurse. You’ll lead a team of Care Assistants, help deliver high quality, personal care and play a key role in training and development.

You’ll work with residents, families and external teams to maintain dignity and independence, while embracing digital care training that supports clinical excellence across the home.
