Senior UX Researcher: AI-Driven Customer Journeys

Pontoon Solutions is supporting a client in the financial services sector by recruiting a Senior UX Researcher to help shape AI-driven operational experiences as part of a large transformation programme.

You will plan and execute end-to-end UX research, conducting qualitative and quantitative studies within a multidisciplinary lab of around 90 colleagues, collaborating with Service Designers, UX Designers and Product Owners.
