EHCP Coordinator – Flexible Hours & Education Support

City College Plymouth is expanding its EHCP team to support learners from within the Local Area. The post holder will manage a caseload, coordinate meetings with local authorities, parents and young people, and relay feedback from teaching and support teams on student progress.
