The company works with a range of clients across the UK and internationally, delivering projects for major organisations and contractors across a variety of sectors.In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering and Project Management to ensure projects are properly scoped, designed, planned and delivered. You will manage installation resources, create and review RAMS, coordinate equipment and logistics, support site teams, and act as a key point of contact for installation-related matters. The role is predominantly office-based, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.This role would suit a Project Manager with experience managing installation, construction, manufacturing or engineering projects, looking to take ownership of installation delivery and join an established specialist manufacturer.
The Role:Manage and coordinate installation projects from planning through to completionWork with Sales, Engineering and Project Managers to ensure projects are deliverable and efficiently plannedCreate installation schedules, resource plans, RAMS and project-specific documentationManage and mentor installation teams, resolving issues affecting project deliveryCoordinate site logistics, equipment, subcontractors and project deliveriesDevelop SOPs, installation processes and quality control documentationLiaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teamsMonitor project budgets, identify cost risks and support project managers with commercial controlOversee snagging, NCRs, site issues, handover and commissioningHybrid working with 1 day per week from homeThe Person:Previous experience managing installation, construction, manufacturing or similarAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationCSCS and SMSTSFull UK driving licenceReference:
