Retail and Skincare Expert – Facialist

62 Cross Street London N1 2BA

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Monthly commission based on turnover achieved
One weekend off per month (except in December)
Day-off offered on the birthday date
Extensive and ongoing training on products and facials

5 sick days per calendar year after your probation period

Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products :Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
