Assistant Centre Manager – Lead Team, Boost Profits

HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Stratford-upon-Avon is hiring an Assistant Centre Manager. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with a half-day Saturday finish, and a salary guide based on experience.

You will lead the team, drive sales, manage costs and KPIs, and oversee MOT inspections and stock control. We expect MOT Class 4+ certification, hands-on mechanical skills, and at least two years of supervisory retail experience.
