Responsibilities

• Tackle complex, ambiguous design challenges and translate them into scalable solutions
• Define and deliver large-scale projects that align across the business
• Lead creation of product visions, principles, and direction to inspire teams
• Leverage AI to enhance design workflow (ideation, prototyping, and deployment)
• Raise visual execution standards across motion, interaction, and mental models
• Influence design systems, tooling, and processes to enable scalable design
• Drive cross-functional impact by linking work to broader business goals
• Mentor teammates, model design leadership, and contribute to team growth

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering impactful, customer-centric native-app designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes
• Skilled at leading research, defining product visions, and aligning teams around a shared strategy
• Able to create modular, scalable design solutions and communicate insights effectively
• Strong collaboration across multi-squad projects and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity
