SIA-Licensed Soft Services Lead – Security & Cleaning

Sammons Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead the integrated security and cleaning services in a busy, customer-facing environment at Hastings. You will manage security officers, cleaning operatives and supervisors, plan rotas, monitor KPIs and ensure safety, compliance and exceptional service delivery.

A current SIA Front Line Licence is essential; leadership qualifications such as ILM/CMI/NVQ would be advantageous, with IOSH/First Aid or BICSc qualifications
