Strategic Public Sector Bid Lead

eTeam seeks an experienced Bid Manager to join a global technology organisation and support the delivery of complex public-sector proposals and tenders. You will manage end-to-end bid lifecycles, coordinating with Sales, Solution Engineering, Security, Legal and Compliance to develop high-quality, compliant responses.

Responsibilities include leading RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, developing bid strategies, winning themes and value propositions, and ensuring timely submissions.
