Operations and Business Development Manager

Charnwood Nursery has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Operations and Business Development Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.
Based in Heaton Moor, Charnwood Nursery is a registered charity committed to providing a welcoming, supportive and high-quality environment for our children, families and staff.
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who can combine strong operational and organisational skills with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships.
Working closely with the Headteacher and wider team, the successful candidate will support the effective day-to-day operations of the nursery, while helping to identify opportunities to strengthen our services, develop new initiatives and support the long-term sustainability of the charity.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and forward-thinking, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, families, external partners and the wider community.
