Quality Engineer: Precision Inspections & Process Improvement

Matthew James Group Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality, inspection and continuous improvement.

You will manage quality, non-conformances and customer complaints using 8D and 5 Whys, interpret GD&T drawings, liaise with customers and suppliers, produce inspection reports and support audits. You will also train operators and drive improvements in quality and inspection processes.
