Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site cleaning Supervisor to work at St Mary’s Catholic School Little Crosby L23 4UA. The salary is £15.00 per hour, for 17.5 hours per week. Start and finish times are flexible as this role is a Key holder position. The earliest start would be 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Area manager
• Daily cleaning duties
• Carrying out monthly audits and weekly spot checks
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns
• Stock ordering
• Covering sickness and holidays
• Compliance with daily and weekly tasks

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organisation of spaces
• Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
