Operations & CRM Specialist – Process Improvement & Onboarding

Amplify Hearing is seeking an organised Operations Support Specialist to join its growing Operations team. Hybrid working with the Head Office in Darwen, you will champion our CRM, drive reporting, and guide new clinics through onboarding to ensure smooth launches.

The role focuses on refining processes, supporting audiologists and clinics, and delivering efficient operational support across the business. Healthcare experience is a plus but not essential.
