HR Specialist

Overview

In this role you support the Europe HR Business Partner team to deliver consistent HR services across multiple countries. You will coordinate core HR processes, maintain employee data, and guide managers through lifecycle stages, contributing to efficient onboarding, probation management, and internship programs. You’ll work across EU entities with a focus on data integrity and timely issue resolution. This position offers impact through process improvements and cross-country collaboration within a people-centric real estate firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate employment contracts, amendments, verifications, certificates, and other employee documents
• Maintain employee and organizational data in Workday and process lifecycle changes
• Prepare data for audits and regulatory reporting; respond to HR process inquiries
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation; guide employees and managers through processes and resources
• Manage probation tracking, reviews, outcomes, and related documentation
• Coordinate internship and early-career programs across Europe; manage communications and milestones
• Support recurring HR processes, projects, and team priorities; collaborate with centers of excellence
• Identify opportunities to standardize HR processes across Europe

Key requirements

• 2+ years in HR operations, HR administration, or similar role
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or legal entities (preferred)
• Experience maintaining employee data; Workday experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with European employment practices, data protection or government reporting (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Discretion with confidential information; service-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment
