• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance trading systems and cloud infrastructure
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient technology
• Lead projects from design through deployment
• Build secure, highly available systems handling large volumes of market and trading data
• Apply engineering best practices, automation, DevOps, and cloud architecture
• Continuously improve the team’s technical capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Perform occasional front-end development
• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
• Proactively bring solutions to identified problems

Требования:

• Advanced backend Python development skills
• Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerisation
• Experience owning the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
• Experience working in Front Office trading environments
• Pragmatic approach and strong communication skills
