Santander UK is seeking Customer Service Advisors for Homes Direct (Servicing) in Glasgow. This 35-hour weekly role offers a hybrid pattern with offices in Glasgow and flexible remote elements, operating Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–14:00 with a day off in lieu.

You will handle mortgage and loan queries by phone, support digital services, and resolve concerns at first contact, while protecting customers and the bank from fraud in a fast-paced environment.
