Depot Operations Manager — Waste, Safety & KPI Focus

Biffa is seeking an Operations Manager at Rutland Depot to oversee recycling, waste collections and street cleansing operations. You will ensure safety, service delivery and contract KPI achievement while maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, you will lead supervisors, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure staff training and induction standards are met in a compliant, health-and-safety focused environment.
