Regional Pub Partners Manager, Bristol Growth

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to cover the Bristol area, supporting a number of pubs and publicans within the Core L&T Division. You will develop and implement robust regional plans designed to increase whole pub profit and publican profitability, while maintaining high standards across leased and tenanted sites.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to recruit and develop capable publicans, and ongoing business reviews to drive retail excellence.
