Care Worker – Meaningful Care, Training & Progression

Housing 21 is seeking Care Workers to support residents in Extra Care schemes. You will assist with daily tasks, meals, and personal care, helping residents follow care plans while maintaining wellbeing. The role offers training, career progression and a friendly team environment.

Compensation is £13.48 per hour, with a full-time equivalent of about £24,601 per year (35 hours/week). Benefits include Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay and a Health Cash Plan. Closing date 4 October 2026.
