£13.50ph – £14.00ph (DOE) + £50 per bonus in per sleep-in

The Role:
You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:

- Championing safeguarding and positive practice
- Working as part of a supportive, reflective team
You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.

Essential skills:
- Children’s residential care experience (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential) & access to a car (preferred)
