Retail Banking: Customer Experience Advisor

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for the Sheffield branch. This full-time role (35 hours per week) operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, support via phone, and work to protect customers from fraud while solving problems and building trusted relationships. You will join a close-knit branch team, with training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow within Santander’s network.
