Dynamic HLTA: Elevate Learning & Support Classrooms

Radford Primary Academy in Coventry is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will support pupils with learning programmes, assist the class teacher, and help with access to learning for individuals or groups.

The post is 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus 5 days, and requires NVQ 3 or above, good numeracy/literacy, and a calm, patient approach. DBS and pre-employment checks apply.
